I'm sure it comes as a shock to no one that we got lots of artifact appeals last night. It is going to take awhile to get through the stack. The problem is, my directions must have been unclear, because many people had trouble following them. We also didn't specifically say that the artifact should be unequipped before you log off. Sorry about that, my bad.

I've got some examples here that should help everybody. If your appeal does not match these examples, please edit your appeal. The process will go MUCH faster for everyone if you include the following information, and unequip the artifact before you log out.

If you want to make an artifact SWITCH:

The format is:

/appeal Heyas! On my character “Name”/”Server”, I would like to have my “Artifact Name” changed from “Type I Have” to “Type I Want”. Thanks!

So an example would be:

/appeal Heyas! On my character Steve/Guinevere, I would like to have my Malice’s Axe changed from 1h slash to 2h crush. Thanks!

If you want us to RESTORE an artifact:

The format is:

/appeal Heyas! On my character “Name”/”Server”, I lost my “Artifact Name” a long time ago. I would like the activation cleared from my journal, so that I may re-activate the artifact. Thanks!

So an example would be:

/appeal Heyas! On my character Sally/Galahad, I lost my Traitor’s Dagger a long time ago. I would like the activation cleared from my journal, so that I may re-activate the artifact. Thanks!
