In the past, the in-game CS team has been able to clear some unwanted quests from your journal. Right now, with all the new quests (and the code limitation about only being able to have twenty pendings quests at a time), we have hundreds of appeals requesting clearances. A single clearance isn't just a matter of pressing a single button - and it's not something any but the most senior CSRs have the power to do, for very good reasons.

As I understand it, we're going to put in an automatic quest clearing "thingy" for you, but that's not a thing we can simply wave a hand and put in the game. Please be patient for a week or so until we can get this solution implemented, and please understand why the CSRs are not responding to the appeals requesting clearances.
