1.81 Prepatching

Hey, everybody. 1.81 is still several weeks away, but it's shaping up to be a monster patch. To lessen the pain on opening day, we've stuck a bunch of the files on the patcher. If you are using the DR client, you will download approximately six MB. Any other client, approximately two. There are no notes for these files, because they won't be usable until 1.81 goes live.
