We have implemented several new features in the 1.37 patch, to keep our customers informed and streamline our appeal process. Here are the highlights:
1. You will now see the correct average wait time (online) that when you do an /Appeal. Previously this time was not averaging correctly, and was resetting at odd intervals. This time should now correctly reflect how long you will have to wait for a standard appeal.
2. You will now see how long you have actually been waiting (online) for help on a standard appeal.
3. The appeal interface has been expanded slightly to better categorize issues that you may have. This will enable us to resolve all issues more quickly.
We are aware of an issue that causes you to appear as #1 of zero in the queue if you /Appeal and then zone. Your place in the queue is not lost. This is due to a bug which can delay updating the queue for anywhere up to 15 minutes after zoning. Check the queue 15 minutes after you zone, and it will reflect correct data. This issue should be resolved within the next couple of days.
Thanks!
