Hot Fix Notes

A few more Hot Fixes for everyone today:

6:15 PM EDT: Added an additional Hot Fix, note is in red.

- The Heretic Dragonslayer weapons have their correct /use1 ability restored.

- The Medals of Honor that can be received as rewards have been changed so that when used, their use timers are consistent among realms. This means that the time before another item can be used and the Medal of Honor itself can be used are consistent among all three realms.

- Dragon Slayer leg armor for Runemasters, Clerics, Shaman/Healers, and Hunters have had their stats adjusted to be more in line with the classes that can use them.

- Champions who were unable to receive their Dragonslayer armor can now do so.

- Valewalkers can now accept the �Dragonslayer� quest.

- Several Dragonslayer caster staves in Hibernia and Midgard were incorrectly flagged as Albion items. They can now be equipped by the correct realm.

- Skalds who were unable to obtain their Dragonslayer armor should now be able to do so.
